Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken about her family in the past, but she credits her father for instilling her love of working out. She was an athlete during his 20s and 30s. Ashley started swimming at the age of four, and she has maintained this for over 10 years. It is believed that Ashley participated in many various competitions. But, she was not devote herself to enough, as she didn't want to adhere to strict diet rules so her body would perform the best it could. When she was in high school, she became popular for appearance and physique. There is no evidence that she may be a romantically involved person during that period. Ashley chose to concentrate in becoming a fitness trainer and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 years old when she became unhappy with her appearance. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not continue competing. Although she had been receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley was not keen on her two jobs to get combined. When she stopped competing, she became fitness model. After being featured on the cover of a well-known fitness magazine she was able to immediately start her model career in fitness as soon as she signed with a modeling agency. Since then, she has become a sought-after model and has posed for numerous bikini brands and worldwide known clothing companies.
